Christie Dearborn

Christie Dearborn, Preschool Teacher, joined Barbereux in August 2012. She has always had a love for little children and naturally turned to the field of education after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication.

Prior to coming to Barbereux, Christie worked as Resident Director at Fox River Country Day School in Elgin, and later as Development Associate at Lake Forest Country Day School. More recently she enrolled at Oakton Community College to work toward her Early Childhood certification.

Christie loves the curiosity and joy our preschoolers bring to their day.
